At Hides & Cult, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition as received unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Method
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be issued as a store credit equal to your purchase amount.
- Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website and does not expire.
Note: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

- In resellable condition, with the original packing slip

Defective or Incorrect Items
